friendly staff and the location. free spa. quite place. it is fabulous place for relaxation and in a same time you can do your shopping at the nearest shopping center ( Puhr park) only 7 to 8 mins walks or 4 mins drive. plenty of free parking place in the hotel and in the shopping center. All these thing make this hotel unique place to stay. I l will probably visit this hotel again.

Plenty of parking, clean room, good breakfast, staff pleasant. retail park just up the road with plenty of lovely restaurants

The bed was very comfy and the room quite large. The breakfast buffet included a good selection of bread and bread rolls and some warm options. I didn't see any lactose-free milk for the cereal (but didn't ask, either), which would have been nice. The location is pretty good, near the Ruhr Park shopping precinct, but still very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
